Craftsman style, featuring clean, simple lines and geometric shapes, hardware reflects the principles of the Arts and Crafts movement, which emerged in the late 19th century as a reaction against the mass-produced, ornate designs of the Victorian era. Craftsman hardware often showcases handcrafted details such as hammered textures, hand-carved motifs, and artisanal finishes.

Door Knob:

These door sets are surface mounted. The standard backset provided is 2 3/8 inches, with the option to substitute it with a 2 3/4 inch backset at no additional if requested at time of purchase.

Door Bell:

Solid brass doorbell measures 2 1/4 Inches tall by 1 Inch wide. Finishes Available: Polished Brass, Antique Brass, and Oil Rubbed Bronze. The center to center mounting distance is approximately 1 5/8 inches. Direct screw mount and connects on normal door bell voltage with two common wires. These door bells come as natural unlacquered Brass and will patina over time.

Our polished brass has a living finish, which means it naturally darkens and ages over time. If you order multiple pieces in polished brass, there might be slight variations in finish and tone initially. Other finishes won't darken or tarnish.
